Puppy Bumpers stuffed pillow collars... the basics

There's nothing like them. People whose small dogs can get out of fences usually look for something to put on the fence, not on the dog! Home Owners Associations often dictate dimensions of fences that cannot contain small dogs! But now Puppy Bumpers stuffed pillow collars are changing all that. Cotton material, stuffed with Fiberfill, Puppy Bumpers attach to the dog's normal collar and make the dog too fat to fit through the fence. Simple!

Of course my own dogs were getting out! My Maltese, Daisy, is the model on our Puppy Bumpers website. Now, a year after I made the first prototype on my sewing machine, Puppy Bumpers are patented and are manufactured by people with disabilities at STEPS, Inc. in Farmville, VA. Additionally, a portion of every sale goes to ASK, an organization that gives assistance to families of children with cancer. This is importantl to us because all our dogs are Therapy Dogs and specialize in visiting with Pediatric Oncology patients.

Puppy Bumpers catalog sales are good because "browsers" are discovering answers to problems that have been plaguing them. Puppy Bumpers can now be seen in In The Company of Dogs, Blair Catalog, Walker & Fetch and Whatever Works catalogs.

We are excited to be helping people with little dogs allow their pets to be in the yard without fear of escape. Many Houdini dogs have been lost or hurt when they scrambled out of fences that were never meant for puppies or toy breed dogs. Our customers are delighted and they tell us about it on our Testimonial Page.

I will be blogging on the progress and challenges of getting the word out about Puppy Bumpers... Please tell a friend.
